Replacement Kit # 11403-000002 CHARGE-PAK™ Battery Charger for use with LIFEPAK CR Plus.  The Physio-Control Lifepak Cr Plus Battery and Adult Pads Replacement kit contains Battery charger and QUIK-PAK pacing/ defibrillation/ECG electrodes i.e., 1 set electrodes and 1 battery charger, with replacement instructions, and discharger for safe disposal of used CHARGE-PAK.  Possible device shutdown.    When the attention symbol first appears on the readiness display, only a small number of shocks and monitoring time are available.  Always keep a CHARGE-PAK in the defibrillator.  Both the QUIK-PAK™ electrode packet and the CHARGE-PAK battery charger should be replaced at the same time after each use of the defibrillator or when the readiness display shows the battery symbol.  After replacing the battery charger, use the discharger to completely deplete it before disposal or recycling. It is recommended that you routinely check that the defibrillator is ready for use.  Power is provided by a rechargeable internal lithium battery. The internal battery supplies power to operate the defibrillator. A replaceable CHARGE-PAK battery charger provides a trickle charge for the internal battery. It is important to keep a fresh CHARGE-PAK battery charger in the Physio-Control Lifepak Cr Plus defibrillator, even when the defibrillator is stored. When a new CHARGE-PAK battery is installed in the Physio-Control Lifepak Cr Plus AED if all or most of the device capacity is used, the [!] caution symbol will remain in the Readiness Display for up to three days at normal room temperature at 15 degrees C (59 degrees F) or above to allow the Physio-Control Lifepak Cr Plus Charge Pak battery to partially charge the HLC battery.  Once the [!] caution symbol turns off and the [OK] symbol is displayed, the device will have a minimum capacity of six shocks or 42 minutes of ON time.  The CHARGE-PAK battery will continue to trickle charge the internal HLC battery to full capacity. This could take up to two weeks at normal room temperature, or longer at lower temperatures.
 The Use By date is located below the readiness display. This date tells you when the electrode packet and battery charger must be replaced.
